and what is this acid free paper you use. where can I get some. I want my colour pencil to come out like yours.

Ha ha ha too kind you are!! The acid free paper is important not because of the texture, but because of the fact that it will not discolor (or yellow in the sunlight) as quickly as other cheaper papers. It is also good quality that will not breakdown the pencil - more durable. Pencil lines are very important for me. As for the pencil type?? Well I use a harder pencil than the usual professional pencils (Derwent Studio Pencils). They are actually cheaper than the usual because they are aimed at the student market. Why I like them is because the have a higher component of synthetic color in their makeup which makes them harder. I prefer to use line when using pencils because they have POINTS - and are not flat like marker pens or paint brushes which I use if I want flat areas of color. I do not believe in coloring-in, not because its wrong, but just because I don't work that way....

so whats the name of the colour pencils you use? You say you dont use Derwent studio, or you do...??

wow. That's awesome. The colors and the detail are incredible. Those older planes were really great. I tried drawing them awhile ago and it's kinda fun, I should attempt to do something again now that I'm a bit more improved.
